What to Expect
Health & Fitness Evaluation

Health & Fitness Evaluation First things first.

During your first session together, Brian will give you a complete Health and Fitness Evaluation. This will include a review of your medical history, plus body composition evaluation, heart rate monitoring, blood pressure screening, and a submaximal stress test.

Once your fitness starting point has been established, you and Brian will discuss your short and long-range goals. Then Brian will create your Personal Training Program.

As you progress through your customized, goal-orientated Personal Training Program, you will receive a weekly Progress Report, documenting changes in your body composition and body measurements ... plus monthly before-and-after Digital Video Imaging.
