It is important to think of your transition from therapy to fitness as a carefully planned event.

In order to help you make this transition smoothly, your personal trainer must be able to communicate with your physicians and/or therapists on their level.

Brian Buturla has the credentials, professional skills, and expertise necessary to interact with your medical team. He will work with them to create a Health and Fitness Program that will take your body out of pain and injury, toward recovery and pain-free good health.

Brian's 12 years of experience includes rehabilitating and physically conditioning students with angina, arthritis, bipolar disorder, broken bones, bursitis, cancer, carpal tunnel syndrome, cerebral palsy, cholesterol issues, crohn's disease, depression, diabetes, eating disorders, fibromyalgia, heart problems, high blood pressure, hormonal changes, hypertension, hypoglycemia, irregular heart beats, kinetic-chain distortion patterns, low self-esteem, meniscus, muscle pulls and pains, obesity, polio, pregnancy, respiratory problems, scoliosis, spinal injuries, tendonitis and thyroid problems.
